Check it out, yo. Here’s a photo of my mom and her siblings in front of their crib in Compton, California. My mom is the particularly thuggish looking one second from the left (man, her feet were HUGE!). My uncle is sporting the flattest flattop I’ve ever seen. That’s gangsta.

Man, your mom totally looks like a thug in front of her crib... the story is all coming together in my mind now thanks to this picture. And man, yes, your mom does have big feet, but I'm told it's a symbol for some gang in Compton... but that's just by word of mouth and I don't speak gangsta, so maybe ask your mom to clarify if that's a fact...
